Welcome to Weathersquare. By using our mobile application and web version, you agree to these simple terms of service.

1. Use of Service

Weathersquare is designed to provide weather visualization for your daily use. While we strive to ensure everything looks perfect and works smoothly, weather is inherently unpredictable and forecasting models can be imperfect. Weathersquare is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees about the absolute accuracy, reliability, or availability of the weather data.

2. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not force you to create an account, track you across the web, or sell your data. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how your data stays on your device.

3. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, interfaces, and modular graphics (including the “Weathersquare” layouts) are the original intellectual property of Deniz Cem Önduygu. You may enjoy them in the app, but you may not duplicate, redistribute, or use these designs for other commercial or non-commercial projects without our explicit written permission.

4. Third-Party Data

The weather data provided in the app is sourced from the Open-Meteo API. We are not responsible for the contents or accuracy of the data provided by this third-party service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Weathersquare means you accept the updated terms.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Weathersquare offers “Pro” features through monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. All financial transactions are processed and managed by the Apple App Store.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Service Provider: We use RevenueCat to facilitate and verify your subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your credit card information or name; it only identifies your subscription via an anonymous, app-specific identifier.
