Welcome to Weathersquare Year Posters. By using our service to generate and purchase custom weather posters, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Description

Weathersquare Year Posters provides a custom-generated digital product: a printable vector PDF file visualizing the daily weather data for a specific city and year chosen by the user. Each poster is unique to the provided coordinates and time period, delivered as a high-resolution digital file suitable for professional printing at various sizes.

2. Final Sales & Refund Policy

Due to the specific, custom, and digital nature of these generated products, all sales are final once the files are delivered or accessed. We cannot offer refunds for custom digital goods. Please verify your selected location and year carefully before ordering. By completing your purchase and accessing the digital file, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal for this digital content.

However, if there is a technical error in your file (e.g., a typo in the city name that matches your order, or a corruption in the PDF), we will happily generate a corrected version for you at no extra cost.

3. Weather Data Accuracy

The poster’s visual representation is generated from reliable open historical weather databases. We ensure high-fidelity visualizations, but we are not accountable for any minor discrepancies, missing days, or slight anomalies in the original historical datasets.

Please note that weather data for ocean coordinates, remote islands, or other uninhabited locations is derived from interpolated models and may not accurately reflect local conditions. Posters generated for such locations are provided as-is, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of the underlying data in these cases.

4. License and Usage

Purchasing a digital poster grants you a personal, non-exclusive license. You may print the poster for your personal display or to give as a gift. Commercial redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the digital files or printed copies is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The overall poster layout, visual design system, and “Weathersquare” aesthetics are the intellectual property of Deniz Cem Önduygu and are protected by copyright.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any issues, costs, or damages arising from the physical printing process via home printers or third-party print shops. Our responsibility ends at providing high-quality digital vector files suitable for professional printing.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bodrum/Muğla.
