You will receive a digital vector PDF file custom-generated for your specific city and year. This is a digital product; no physical poster will be shipped.

The dimensions are 50 × 70 cm (very close to 20 × 28 inches). Since it is a vector file, it is infinitely scalable – you can print it at any size with similar proportions without any loss in quality.

There are many cities with the same name in the world. To ensure 100% accuracy, please provide the following information via the form that appears after checkout:

• City name or whatever you want to see as the title on the poster.
• Coordinates (Latitude/Longitude): You can easily find these by searching for your city on weathersquare.net and copying them from the URL. If you’re not sure, you can use map platforms like Google Maps to find the coordinates. Coordinates with two decimal places (e.g. 48.85; 2.35) are enough: the provided precision is about 1.1 km, which is sufficient for accurate weather forecasts while ensuring your exact street address or precise location is never identified.
• The Year: Any year from 1950 to 2025.
• Temperature Unit: Your choice of Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F) for the temperature labels on the poster.
• Email address: This is where we will send your poster.

Our system can generate visualizations for any year from 1950 onwards.

Once we receive your details, your custom poster PDF will be generated and emailed to your provided address within 48 hours.

Because you are receiving a vector PDF, you can print it at any local print shop or via an online service. For the best look, we recommend matte archival paper or heavyweight cardstock to make the colors pop.

Can I get a refund for my poster?

Because each Weathersquare is a custom-generated digital product created specifically for your chosen location and year, all sales are final. Once the file generation process has begun or the PDF has been delivered to your email, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

I made a mistake in the coordinates or the year. Can I change it?

Please double-check your data carefully before submitting! If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. If we haven't started generating your file yet, we will happily update your order. However, once the file is generated, a new purchase will be required for a different set of data.

What if there is a problem with my file?

If there is a technical error (e.g., the PDF is corrupted) or if the city name on the poster contains a typo that differs from what you provided in your order, please let us know. We will generate and send a corrected version at no extra cost.

Does picking a year with "boring" weather qualify for a refund?

No. The beauty of Weathersquare is that it is a direct visualization of historical truth. We cannot guarantee specific visual patterns, as the poster simply reflects the actual weather data recorded for that year and location.
